Were an "individual" catering company founded in 2004. We deliver Paleo and South-Beach meals directly to your home, pre-cooked and ready to heat and eat. Our food is made fresh every day and is ideal for those who are attempting have a healthy eating lifestyle without the hassle of cooking.

WHAT IS PALEO?

The ‘Paleo’ or ‘Caveman’ diet is one that focuses on the food likely eaten by our ancestors. It focuses on lean proteins, fruits and vegetables and healthy fats. It is a nutritional approach that works with your genetics to help you stay lean, strong and energetic.

Paleo is a popular meal plan and there is a lot of misinformation floating around the internet – so do your research. Paleo is about choosing and eating the best foods for your health. Nobody is actually trying to imitate a caveman’s eating habits.

WHAT IS SOUTH BEACH DIET?

Focusing on weight loss, this diet focuses on high-fiber, low-glycemic carbohydrates, unsaturated fats and lean protein. Gaining popularity in the past decade this diet aims to assist in weight loss.

The menu program will help you jump-start your weight loss and is for people who want to lose more than 10 pounds. You’ll eat plenty of filling, nutrient-dense foods to satisfy your appetite and ample portion sizes so you’ll never get hungry throughout your busy day.
Best result will be when you eat every 2 – 3 hours avoiding those hungry pains. The South Beach, menu has so many client’s that have lost weight (10 years of Accountability – this menu was designed to concentrate on the weight loss at the mid-section of your body) and by the 3 day - your body will start to tell you how great eating lean proteins, plentiful vegetables chooses and of course dessert. You will meet your goals with little effort, great result and meals delivered to your home will give you those hours back instead of going to the market, cooking and preparing your meals.

How it Works

1. YOU ORDER
Use our website to select the meal plan that is right for you. Orders must be placed on or before Wednesday of the week preceding required delivery.


2. WE DELIVER
Every night of the week one of our staff delivers a whole days worth of food, pre-cooked and ready to heat.

3. YOU ENJOY
Now just heat and eat. You have a full day’s worth of nutritious delicious meals to enjoy.

September has been declared National Childhood Obesity Awareness Month, and Lahey Hospital & Medical Center [LHMC] sponsored the creation and delivery of 280 healthy lunches for the students at Dellwood Middle School on Tuesday, September 13th.
“The lunches were be prepared by Mary Smith, the owner of EatSmart Bermuda, a catering company featuring a wide variety of health conscious meals and snacks, including low-glycemic choices. The menu will include egg salad and grilled chicken tender sandwiches, fruit salad and vegetable sticks."
